This booking DOES NOT include the following:

One day before Check-In you will receive a check-in link to complete the check-in process on your mobile phone.
Required $79 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver which gives you $5,000 in damage coverage or a $4,500 Refundable Damage Security Hold. We recommend the $79 option as we will already be doing a refundable pre-authorization for $750.00 to cover any non-damage related costs incurred from our rental agreement. This damage insurance is required at check-in time with Happy Guest and this price is not included in this booking price. The $79 coverage is with a 3rd party insurance company and they will take care of any damage related items that are not covered with your refundable security deposit.

YOUR REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT LEAST 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL.
